Daily life feels harder
If concerns interfere with work, relationships, sleep, or caring for yourself, talk with a healthcare professional regardless of your score.
A MOMENT FOR YOURSELF
Two short check-ins can help you start a conversation about mood or anxiety. They do not diagnose a disorder or decide whether you deserve care.
These adult check-ins use the PHQ-2 and GAD-2, brief screening tools about the past two weeks. They cannot assess every condition, determine treatment, or rule out a mental health concern.
If you are under 18, talk with a trusted adult or healthcare professional about your concerns. These results are presented for adults.

BEYOND A SCORE
If concerns interfere with work, relationships, sleep, or caring for yourself, talk with a healthcare professional regardless of your score.
Distressing symptoms lasting two weeks or more are a reason to seek professional help. Severe or rapidly worsening symptoms deserve help sooner.
These two tools do not screen for ADHD, bipolar disorder, trauma, psychosis, or other conditions. A professional can assess concerns beyond mood and anxiety.
